About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Michael Page International Canada Limited. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the new build sales market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive Sales Outreach: Establish and maintain relationships with brokers and clients to identify new business opportunities and expand our sales network.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Search for and nurture potential clients, follow up with interested clients, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies, and execute sales pitches and presentations to secure new business.
  • Contract Negotiation and Administration: Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, and maintain accurate records of sales activity.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
  • Licensed Real Estate Sales Representative or Broker: Must be licensed to practice as a real estate sales representative or broker in the province of Ontario.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the new build sales market.
  • Computer Literacy and Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Sales, Negotiation, and Communication Skills: Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Public Speaking and Presentation Skills: Comfortable with public speaking and able to deliver effective presentations to clients and colleagues.
