Job Title: New Build Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Build Sales Representative to join our team at Michael Page International Canada Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively contact brokers to expand our sales network and provide regular updates
  • Search and nurture potential clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Follow up with existing interested clients to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Make appointments and entertain brokers and clients in our sales office
  • Provide project presentations and sales pitches to showcase our properties
  • Signing of contracts and ensuring timely completion of sales transactions
  • Maintain timely communication with brokers and clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide post-sale and pre-delivery customer service to ensure a positive experience
  • Follow up on complex issues and resolve any customer complaints
  • Post property advertisements and company promotions on social media to increase brand awareness
  • Send mass notifications to buyers and inform them of project activities
  • Visit sales companies to take photos of interior design and show flats
  • Collect, organize, and report project information for each property on a monthly basis
  • Update monthly market analysis reports to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Licensed real estate sales representative or broker
  • At least 2-3 years of pre-con sales experience in GTA Developers or Sale & Marketing Companies
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs and able to work with technology
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Lively, motivated, well-spoken, and confident individual
  • Comfortable in public speaking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required

Our client is a well-established high-rise residential developer with decades of experience building landmark projects across the GTA and internationally. They offer a strong corporate culture and a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $80,000-$95,000, commission, benefits, paid vacation, and allowances.
