Job Title: New Build Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Build Sales Representative to join our team at Michael Page International Canada Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive Sales Outreach: Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, sales teams, and other industry professionals to expand our sales network and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and track progress.
  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain timely and effective communication with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders, and provide regular sales reports and updates.
Requirements:
  • Real Estate Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of pre-con sales experience in GTA Developers or Sale & Marketing Companies.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Licensed real estate sales representative or broker.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
