About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Vice President of Asset Management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our product shelf to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative products and solutions for institutional clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Identify and execute on business development and partnership opportunities in the Canadian pension space
  • Provide strategic guidance on the development and implementation of BCI's growth strategy
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to grow the business and gain support and approvals on its direction
