About the Role

We are seeking an experienced investment professional to join our team as Vice President of Asset Management. This is a key leadership role that will drive the development and implementation of BCI's product shelf to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative products and creative solutions for institutional clients
  • Build relationships across diverse stakeholders and identify business development and partnership opportunities in the Canadian pension space
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to grow the business and gain support and approvals on its direction
  • Drive the development and implementation of BCI's growth strategy and the direction of BCI's product offering

Requirements
  • Experience in 'top-down', multi-asset investment management
  • Strong business development and partnership skills
  • Ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Specific knowledge and understanding of BCI's governance, clients, and the BC pension and investment ecosystem
  • Experience working in the Canadian pension space
