Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and programs
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and team members
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a project management role
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum Master certification
  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence
  • Experience with system design and development
  • Experience working in the finance industry
