About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupancy Planner to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our Occupancy Planning team, you will play a critical role in driving the development of occupancy plans and sequencing of group-level and individual moves.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Translate client business requirements into effective occupancy planning solutions, utilizing firm and industry best practices.
  2. Serve as a lead business partner on occupancy, space, and move projects, liaising between clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Develop and implement a continuous improvement program for project delivery, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  4. Partner with Relocation Project Management and Facility Management teams to review and approve moves, develop migration plans, and conduct facility audits.
  5. Build strong relationships with Corporate Real Estate Strategy and Demand Planning groups to gather top-down headcount and growth projections.
  6. Prepare and update monthly and weekly reporting on site data, including occupancy metrics.
  7. Support the development and implementation of innovations, best practices, and standard operating procedures to elevate team, account, and firm performance.
  8. Act as an ambassador for JLL, upholding the company's core values of teamwork, ethics, and excellence.
Requirements
  1. 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in managing occupancy, space, move management, and change management processes in a remote and virtual environment.
  2. Expert-level data analytical skills and mastery of Sheets and Excel.
  3. CAFM system and AutoCAD experience is required.
  4. Experience with implementing flex office, hoteling, and alternative workplace solutions programs.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  2. Strong business acumen and ability to focus on customers and clients, with a JLL-first mindset.
  3. Demonstrate high-level performance in project budgeting and scheduling.
  4. Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture systems.
