Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Gibbons Foods. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and design team members.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, order merchandise, and authorize returns.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
- Office and Volunteer Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of office and volunteer staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Work Setting: Remote location with a retail business.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
