Position Overview

The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for assisting users who encounter challenges with their computer systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
  • Support Tasks:
    • Address user issues and provide effective solutions.
    • Consult technical manuals and user guides to research and implement solutions.
    • Offer training and advice to users based on identified challenges.
    • Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for reference by other analysts.
    • Oversee the work of junior technical support staff.
    • Deliver business systems, network, and Internet support to users.
    • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
    • Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers.
    • Provide exemplary customer service and manage incident responses.
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance required.
