About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Pizza Spott. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and train a team of staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation and Quality Control
    • Ensure that food is prepared to the highest quality standards and that it meets the expectations of our customers.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent waste and minimize losses.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Perform other duties as required by management to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Dependability and reliability.
    • Flexibility and adaptability.
Work Environment

Pizza Spott is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Shift Manager, you will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will also be required to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
