About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Pizza Spott. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and train a team of staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that it is stored and rotated correctly.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food and beverages meet the highest quality standards.
    • Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure that they are met consistently.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment

Pizza Spott is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Shift Manager, you will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will also be required to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
