Pool Supervisor

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pool Supervisor to join our team at Goldfish Swim School. As a key member of our aquatic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and safety in our pool areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate student performance to ensure ongoing improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Use problem-solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that students encounter.
- Inspect pool areas before and after each class for maintenance, cleanliness, or damage issues and report any concerns to management.
- Maintain and ensure proper storage of all pool equipment and report any accidents or incidents to management.
- Supervise and perform light cleaning duties, such as tidying the pool area and removing trash.
- Participate in training as required to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices.
- Previous experience delivering high-quality swimming lesson supervision is preferred.
- A flexible schedule to accommodate school or other activities is required.
- A commitment to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with a minimum of 12 hours per week.
