**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pool Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our aquatic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our swimming lessons.

**Responsibilities**

* Evaluate students' performance to ensure ongoing improvement and provide constructive feedback
* Use problem-solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that students encounter
* Inspect pool areas before and after each class for maintenance, cleanliness, or damage issues and report any concerns to management
* Maintain and ensure proper storage of all pool equipment and report any accidents or incidents to management
* Supervise and perform light cleaning duties, such as tidying the pool area and removing trash
* Participate in training as required

**Requirements**

* Previous experience delivering high-quality swimming lesson supervision is preferred
* Flexible schedule to accommodate school or other activities
* Ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with a minimum of 12 hours per week
