Pool Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Lesson Supervisor to join our team at Goldfish Swim School. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality swimming lessons for our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate students' performance to ensure ongoing improvement.
- Use problem-solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that students encounter.
- Inspect pool areas before and after each class for possible maintenance, cleanliness, or damage issues, and report issues to management as appropriate.
- Maintain and ensure proper storage of all pool equipment, and report accidents and incidents to management.
- Supervise and perform light cleaning duties, such as tidying the pool area and trash removal.
- Participate in training as required.
- Previous experience delivering high-quality swimming lesson supervision is preferred.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate school or other activities.
- Team building events.
We require a commitment to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with a minimum of 12 hours per week. If you are a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about providing high-quality swimming lessons, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
