About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst - DevOps Specialist to join our team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA. As a key member of our IT feature team, you will provide technical and functional support for our applications, working closely with the Dev team to deliver exceptional services to our traders and help prevent or resolve major incidents in production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and functional support for our applications, ensuring stability and performance
  • Collaborate with the Dev team to identify and resolve issues, and implement improvements and automations
  • Perform morning and evening checks to ensure production stability before market openings
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our technical stack, including UNIX, SQL, Python, Java, Kibana, Elasticsearch, and Autosys
  • Participate in the development of automation scripts and tools using Elasticsearch/Kibana, scripting, bots, and Autosys
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an application support analyst
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experience
  • Track record of delivering continual improvements and automations
  • Basic coding ability, including the ability to write an SQL query and pass a basic coding game
  • Proficiency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
