Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Proactive Supply Chain Solutions Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ship orders, pick orders, and stock products in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including the use of computerized inventory control systems.
  • Quality Control: Weigh materials and goods, make labels, and attach them to goods, wrap goods, pack and unpack goods, sort, crate, and stack goods, install, lash, and secure goods, and store cargo and materials.
  • Transportation: Transport and distribute materials and goods.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Forklift Operator Certification and Fall Arrest Protection Training Course.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, tight deadlines, physically demanding, manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities: Adaptability, collaborative, efficiency, goal-oriented, hardworking, integrity, outgoing, positive attitude, proactive, quick learner, time management, dependability, excellent oral communication, reliability, team player, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, flexibility.
