Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and Load Goods: Safely unload curbside vehicles and trailers, and load line haul trailers to meet pre-scheduled departures.
  • Scanning and Inventory Management: Accurately scan and count the number of stops on a truck, and write all premium products while loading.
  • Team Collaboration: Build positive relationships with team members, including couriers, lead hands, and sorters.
  • Adhere to Safety Standards: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and regular attendance is maintained.
Requirements
  • Legal Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work full-time.
  • Team Player: Strong customer focus and communication skills are essential.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift weights up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
