Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and Load Goods: Safely unload curbside vehicles and trailers, and load line haul trailers to meet pre-scheduled departures.
  • Scanning and Inventory Management: Accurately scan, count, and record the number of stops on a truck, and write all premium products while loading.
  • Team Collaboration: Build positive relationships with team members, including couriers, lead hands, and sorters, to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
  • Adhere to Safety Standards: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety standards and regulations.
  • Reliable Attendance: Ensure regular and reliable attendance to meet the demands of the role.
Requirements
  • Legal Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work full-time in Canada.
  • Team Player: Possess excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Be adaptable to working nights and flexible to work additional hours or overtime.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift weights up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
  • Education and Certifications: G license an asset but not required.
