- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our hotel facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinate Services: Arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, and renovations, to maintain the high standards of our hotel.
- Manage Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our cleaning and maintenance staff are working efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate with Colleagues: Coordinate work activities with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
