About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Unregulated Care Provider to join our team at Southbridge Care Homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Offer emotional and social support to residents and their families, including palliative care.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to meet the physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of residents.
- Support colleagues in providing high-quality care.
Requirements
- PSW Program Certificate or Diploma is an asset but not required.
- Passion and commitment to providing quality care.
- Knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with staff, residents, and families.
