About the Role

As a Unregulated Care Provider, you will play a vital role in providing direct personal and nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing direct care for residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Provide emotional and social support to residents and their families, including palliative care.
  • Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Support your colleagues in providing exceptional care and service.

Requirements

  • PSW Program Certificate or Diploma is an asset but not required.
  • Passion and commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
