Job Title: Android Software Developer

CIeNET International is seeking an experienced Android Software Developer to join our team in Markham, Ontario, Canada. As a key member of our software development team, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of advanced infotainment systems for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain software applications for in-vehicle infotainment systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and technologies
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards
  • Work closely with senior engineers to develop and implement technical solutions
  • Contribute to the development of Android applications and user interfaces
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Android platform
  • Strong understanding of Android development tools and processes
  • Experience with Java, C++, and C programming languages
  • Knowledge of Linux platform and development tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with automotive infotainment systems and development
  • Knowledge of Bluetooth, WiFi, and USB technologies
  • Experience with Android framework and device bring-up
  • Knowledge of Scrum/Agile software development process
