Position Overview:
As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Associate to join our Financial Services Group at Optimus SBR.

The ideal candidate will engage in collaborative efforts, contributing to a team of high-achieving professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to meet client specifications as outlined by the project manager.

This encompasses the development of process diagrams, performance metrics, progress updates, client presentations, deliverables, and recommendation documents.

• Review and refine requirements, specifications, business processes, and/or recommendations related to proposed solutions.
• Actively engage in change management initiatives.
• Complete assigned tasks related to project deliverables within established timelines and budgets.
• Participate in project planning and administrative tasks.


• Contribute to proposal development and other sales support activities as required.
• Enhance the culture and community of the organization.


Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in consulting or the financial services industry.
• 2+ years of experience in leading work streams or small teams.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Results-driven individual capable of meeting challenging deadlines.
• Innovative and dynamic approach to work.

Required Education:
• Relevant University Degree.
Preferred Education:
• Post-Graduate degree, MBA, CPA, CFA, or other pertinent designations; or equivalent experience.
