Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
  • Supervise labor forces, ensuring they have the necessary tools and materials to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate with sub-trades and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are within allocated limits.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in landscape construction and crew management.
  • Valid G Class, "DZ" or "AZ" driver's license.
  • Clean driver's abstract.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Knowledge of landscape construction practices, materials, and equipment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
