Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership teams, focusing on the human capital aspects of business strategies, including organizational structure, employee engagement, and risk management.
  • Analyze organizational challenges and collaborate with leaders to implement effective solutions and drive change.
  • Execute HR initiatives that support business performance and employee development.
  • Lead special HR projects aimed at enhancing organizational capacity and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (COEs) to ensure HR programs align with strategic objectives and are delivered effectively.
  • Facilitate talent management processes, including employee development, succession planning, and internal mobility.
  • Provide change management support to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
Client Service Delivery:
  • Assist in the implementation of annual HR programs, including leadership development and performance management.
  • Regularly collect feedback from stakeholders to ensure HR services meet business needs.
  • Offer expertise in organizational design, team effectiveness, and workforce planning.
  • Work with HR Operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Risk Management:
  • Advise management and employees on performance-related issues and conduct.
  • Address employee concerns in accordance with company policies.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Influence the development of governance and HR programs that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Represent business needs in HR program planning and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of HR experience, with a focus on organizational and team effectiveness.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience influencing organizational culture.
  • CPHR designation or equivalent is preferred.
