Job Title: Roofing Foreman/Woman

Sellax Roofing is seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our roofing crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing crew members, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement safety protocols.
  • Estimate materials and labor costs for roofing projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and scheduling.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and deliver results.
  • Train and mentor junior crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in roofing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of supervising and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
