About the Role

Calgary Co-op is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team at Forest Lawn. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on medication use, dosage, and potential interactions.
  • Supervise and assist pharmacy technicians in maintaining accurate inventory levels and processing prescriptions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSc. Pharm) degree.
  • Current registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacists.
  • Authorization to Administer Medications by Injection.
  • Previous retail pharmacy experience an asset.
