We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Best Buy Express. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive store environment.
- A passion for technology, telecommunications, and sales.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a definite plus, with a focus on French for positions in Quebec.
