Brewmaster Job Description

Morton and Cage Distillers Inc is seeking a skilled Brewmaster to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our brewery and distillery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules and duty assignments to ensure efficient brewery and distillery operations.
  • Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain high-quality products and meet production targets.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely ordering of raw materials and supplies.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including equipment maintenance and quality control inspections.
  • Develop and implement changes to production systems and methods to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a brewery or distillery environment.
  • Strong knowledge of brewing and distillation processes, including quality control and safety procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and train staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate.
