About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide a welcoming environment for all customers.
  • Operations: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, supervise and check assembly of trays, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management, including sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance.
  • Recruitment: Hire food service staff and participate in recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
