Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food products.
- Manage Food Preparation and Service: Oversee the preparation and service of food products, ensuring that they meet our quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure that our food service area is clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and Control Inventory: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have sufficient stock of ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
