- Supervise a team of 5-10 personnel, including tilesetters, floor covering installers, and labourers.

- Co-ordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Estimate costs and materials required for maintenance projects.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit reports on maintenance activities and personnel performance.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
