Job Summary

Miracle Duct Cleaning is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they meet our safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, wet/damp environments, and with odours.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability.
Work Environment

Our facilities are located in office buildings, commercial facilities, hotels, and schools. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals.
