About the Role

The Brick is seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering furniture and appliances to customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Inspect and load products onto trailers to ensure safe transportation
  • Lift and carry products into customers' homes with no damages, and assemble as required
  • Provide excellent customer service, including handling customer settlements and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Document delivery status and complete driver check-in processes

Qualifications

  • Valid A/Z driver's license
  • Current Driver's Abstract (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months)
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • High school diploma or equivalent would be an asset but not mandatory
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
