About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Home Delivery Driver to join our team at Iceland. As a key ambassador for our business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their shopping in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver shopping to customers' doors, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that all deliveries are made in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider store operation, lending a hand when needed and providing support to colleagues.
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations, providing a positive experience and building loyalty to the Iceland brand.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current driving licence, held for at least 3 years and with no more than 6 points.
  • A winning way with people from all walks of life, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.

Shifts and Hours

Shifts can start as early as 6am and finish as late as 11pm, with a 7-day delivered sales operation.
