Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Blue Bird Fueling INC. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring the store is stocked with the right products to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, or equivalent experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week
