Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse inventory management. Assign locations in MRP software and maintain updates. Assess missing components for future projects. Execute inventory transactions in the MRP system. Conduct weekly cycle counts. Ensure inventory precision and issue purchase requisitions as needed. Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.
  • Utilize MRP software to identify work orders for preparation, generate 'pick lists,' organize component bins, and verify completed tasks.
  • Employ MRP software to identify customer orders for preparation and manage logistics for shipping.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MRP, Excel, and Outlook software.
  • Understanding of mechanical and electrical components.
  • Ability to collaborate with various departments (e.g., purchasing, engineering).
  • Strong organizational skills, energy, and a sense of accountability.
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Open to change and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French is essential.
  • Experience interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics (an asset).
