About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at TDX Infrastructure Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful implementation of business plans.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of over 20 people, including contractors.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Business Operations: Manage business operations, including event management and supervision of staff.
  • Technology and Systems: Utilize technology and systems, such as Jira and SAP BI BusinessObjects, to support business operations.
  • Culture and Diversity: Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, providing training and support to ensure a welcoming work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and work efficiently.
