We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at SCORPION ROAD LINK INC. as a General Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate the necessary authority to them.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, and formulate and approve promotional campaigns.
- Leadership Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent written communication, and organized.
