About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Zoom X Logistics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of senior staff to ensure effective execution of business plans.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Human Resources: Formulate and approve policies and programs related to human resources planning.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
  • Talent Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
