Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at St. Lawrence Uppercut Meat Packers Ltd. as a Retail Butcher. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for sale to our customers.

  • Meat Handling and Display
    • Wrap and package prepared meats
    • Remove bones from meat
    • Weigh meats for sale
    • Price meat products
  • Customer Service
    • Sell meats to customers
    • Grind meats
    • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
  • Equipment and Machinery Operation
    • Operate band saw, manual cutting utensils, power grinder, and slicing machine
