Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at CoDoHue Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and supervise the storage and handling of these items.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.
