Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business continuity plans to ensure the resilience of our IT systems and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential threats to our business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement disaster recovery plans.
- Provide training and awareness programs to ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in business continuity.
- Monitor and report on business continuity metrics and key performance indicators.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in business continuity and disaster recovery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least two to three years of experience in IT business continuity or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business continuity management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
