About Us:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead our team in developing and implementing effective EHS strategies and programs.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

* Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize environmental and health risks.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into business operations and decision-making processes.

* Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and best practices.

* Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

* Stay up-to-date with emerging EHS trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a similar industry.

* Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

* Proficiency in MS Office and EHS software applications.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong commitment to EHS excellence and a passion for continuous improvement.
