Ecommerce Director

Our client is seeking a seasoned Director of Ecommerce to lead the growth and development of their online sales channel. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing the customer experience, and aligning the ecommerce business with the company's overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform, including site updates, promotions, and customer service
- Build and lead a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals
- Optimize the customer journey and user experience to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in a senior leadership role
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Extensive ecommerce experience, including management of large-scale ecommerce platforms
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive business decisions
