Key Responsibilities- Revenue Growth and Profitability: Manage the revenue, expenses, and profitability of our online business, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability, aligning with our company's overall business objectives.
- Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of our ecommerce platform, including site updates, promotions, and customer service, to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure smooth operation of our ecommerce business.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Integrate and reinforce data-driven decision making to optimize business outcomes.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent analytical skills, and experience using data to drive business decisions.
