Leaders International – Head of Business Development

The Executive Director of Business Growth collaborates closely with the Chief Operating Officer to deliver both strategic and operational oversight for Leaders International. This role involves diligent monitoring of the organization's subsidiary entities, joint ventures, and alliances, ensuring that performance metrics are accurately tracked to support informed management decisions.
The incumbent will address corporate-specific challenges as they emerge and will provide insightful recommendations to the COO to safeguard and enhance the profitability of investments. Additionally, this role ensures that Leaders International and its subsidiaries maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including all necessary corporate filings and licensing obligations.
Beyond managing existing investments, the Executive Director will conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and recommend new business opportunities that align with Leaders International's profitability and community benefit objectives. Under the guidance of the Board of Directors and senior management, the incumbent may also engage in the pursuit of these identified opportunities.
