Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and service-minded individual to join our dynamic Penticton Bistro team as a Bistro Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving our menu items, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to our customers, building connections and sharing laughs along the way.
  • Assist customers with their orders, answering questions and providing suggestions based on their dietary needs.
  • Prepare, make, and serve our menu items, including specialty smoothies and juices.
  • Use your eye for detail to create attractive and inviting food displays.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, adhering to our 'clean as you go' method.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a vibrant customer service environment.
  • Passion for food and sharing knowledge with customers.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Confidence and friendliness when interacting with customers.
  • Openness to learning new things and growing with the company.
  • Food Safe I Certification is an asset, but not required.
