Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist to join our Electrophysiology Division in Mississauga. As a key member of our team, you'll support the sales force in all areas of customer and contract relations, including drafting contracts, amendments, and renewals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all files pertaining to contracts in ModelN and other shared folders
  • Respond to internal and external customer requests
  • Responsible for all areas of pricing for identified territory managers and/or districts
  • Prepare and distribute contracts, amendments, and tenders to customers according to guidelines
  • Complete contract renewal information and forward to customers
  • Ensure contract pricing is in the pricing system on a timely basis
  • Work with Chicago on new developments as required
  • Assist with the training of new hires
  • Follow-up with Sales Representatives for acceptance of agreements
  • Complete setup of materials in MDG/SAP/Model N
  • Search for Request for Proposals
  • RFPs: work with the division to compile and review responses
  • Execute contract management activities throughout the life of contracts
  • Negotiate contract terms with the business and customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bilingualism (English and French)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Internet, SAP, and Model N
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and juggle responsibilities
  • Ability to easily adapt to change
  • Able to multi-task
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Ability to understand financial concepts
  • High level of organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to articulate key actions and summarize conclusions
  • Strong understanding of general contract terms
