At Kellanova Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth and Category Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a Revenue Growth and Category strategy that drives conversion and growth through the development of our vision for the category and occasion into the optimal assortment, shelf placement, pricing, and promotion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead the Revenue Growth function with customer and commercial teams, integrating modeling and optimizing trade plans.
- Drive regular engagement at senior leadership levels for various accounts, developing account-specific category strategies.
- Evaluate the performance of multiple product launches, corporate promotions, and other initiatives, ensuring effective communication of results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, with a Business Diploma or Degree preferred and proven CPG-related experience.
- Strong proficiency in Nielsen, Microsoft Office, Planograming, Nielsen Revenue Optimizer, and customer POS software.
- Experience presenting complex and detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels.
- Ability to travel 10%.
